Module III – Business Continuity Management

This course allows participants to acquire and develop knowledge in business
continuity management. It presents recognized professional practices in this area and
introduces the professional to mastering the process of developing a continuity
management program.
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
• understand the challenges of business continuity
• identify the elements of a continuity management program
• conduct a Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
• put in place the elements necessary to strengthen the resilience of the organization
in the face of any type of disaster that could threaten its survival
• understand the consequences that may arise from the absence of an effective
continuity management program for the company in general: loss of human life –
bankruptcy – legal penalties – loss of reputation – loss of customers – loss of
contracts.
